The first meeting is simply a chance for Craig to get to know you and your business, what's causing you pain and what level of support you need. He'll talk you through the right services for you and what happens next. Most people find they leave with much greater clarity than when they arrived.
How long does it take to get started?
Getting started is a simple process and can usually be completed within a few days. We'll take care of everything and get you set up as quickly as possible.
Do I need to visit your office or can everything be done remotely?
No. Everything can be done remotely if that works best for you. Meetings can be by phone or video, at our office, or Craig can come to you. We value strong client relationships, so face-to-face meetings are important to us where practical, but we'll always work in the way that suits you best.
What information do I need to provide to switch accountants?
Very little. We'll just need a few details from you to get started, and then you can leave everything with us. We'll contact your existing accountant and take care of the rest.
Will switching accountants be disruptive to my business?
No. The handover process is very straightforward, and we'll handle it all for you. The disruption of switching is small, but the benefit of being with the right firm is ongoing.
